Our Story

Time flies...

and we count our blessings...

My first periodontal practice opened its doors on one October morning in Orange County in 1999. I was just out of UCLA Periodontics Residency. At that time, we had two infant boys.

In 2005, a third boy was born, and a few months later, the second practice was started. This time, in Diamond Bar, California. That was 2006.

Now all three boys are out of the house, living independent lives, and the old couple becomes supposedly "mature" and "wise". The two practices we have dedicated for a couple of decades have grown and prospered.

Our colleagues and patients have all grown together. Hopefully, we have provided a higher quality of life and healthier mouths and bodies to the local community.

We have run study clubs with numerous dental professionals. We have lectured in 54 countries worldwide, at 17 dental schools, and at countless study clubs and organizations all over the continents. We have built a solid practice that focuses on interdisciplinary dentistry, a dental lab with full digital integration amd a culture that values patient's well being as the center of our core mission.

We will have music, food, and beverages from 4 - 7 pm on Saturday, March 28, 2026. We will also have Dr. Neil Starr, a well-respected prosthodontist from the DC area, lecturing to the West Coast Study Club from 8 am to 3:30 pm. This lecture event is for club members only.
